I used to get cramps when I was training a bit too hard, but now I add 2 tablets to my water bottle and I can clearly see the difference. Not only do I no longer have cramps, but I'm also able to perform better. The dosage is a bit difficult to manage: you don't really know when to take 0 or 1 or 2 tablets at bedtime and/or the next morning. I usually take one in the evening and one in the morning, but sometimes that's not enough. I'd have preferred a formula that you take only when you're not feeling well.
