Whole fruits like oranges, watermelon and grapefruit are real sources of hydration, and low in sugar. Rich in fiber, they help regulate intestinal transit. They also compensate for losses due to diarrhoea, thanks to antioxidants that help eliminate toxins absorbed by the body.

 

In general, stopping diarrhea is simple. Depending on the amount you've ingested, it will stop within a day or two.

 

Avoid alcoholic beverages with a high sugar content. Diversify your diet, drink plenty of water and all will be well.

 

On the other hand, if it exceeds this time limit, it's time to take medication and/or consult a doctor, especially if the diarrhea has lasted more than a week.

The second solution is to drink less!

 

 

 

 

It's true that we don't often pay attention to it, and yet it's still the best solution. Alternating alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks keeps your body hydrated.

 

Another easy and effective gesture is to eat before drinking alcohol. Otherwise, alcohol goes straight to your small intestine, damaging your bowel movements.

 

 

Another important point is that you should never mix alcohols. Switching from beer to wine wouldn't be very smart on your part, unless you like to go to the bathroom and back.
